Bbagee Terms & Conditions — Full Version

Bbagee (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "Bbagee") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bbagee and its users.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any of Bbagee's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Bbagee.

Bbagee's services are available only to residents of countries or regions where online betting is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to be aware of and comply with the local laws in your jurisdiction.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or place bets on Bbagee. Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. Bbagee may request proof of identity at any time for age verification purposes.

One Account Policy

Each individual may only operate one Bbagee account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited.

Accurate Registration Details

• You must provide your real name, correct date of birth, and an active mobile number during registration.
• Providing false or inaccurate information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• If asked to verify your identity (NID/Passport), you must submit the required documents within 7 working days.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number.

Password & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, contact Bbagee's support team immediately.

Deposit

The minimum deposit on Bbagee is ৳100 BDT. The maximum daily deposit is up to ৳1,00,000 BDT, depending on your account verification level. All deposits are credited to your account instantly.

• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• No additional charges apply for deposits.
• Deposits made by third parties will not be accepted.

Withdraw

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw winnings. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 BDT (for verified accounts).
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.

Bbagee offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus can only be claimed once and applies to one account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 15x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

Bonus Abuse

Bbagee takes bonus abuse very seriously. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using hedging or arbitrage strategies to exploit bonus bets.
• Obtaining promotional benefits through false information.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Bbagee, covering all bet types — Sports, Live, and Casino.

Placing a Bet

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Bbagee reserves the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error.
• Any bet placed with prior knowledge of an event's outcome will be considered void.

Bet Cancellation & Refunds

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, your bet amount will be refunded.
• Bbagee reserves the right to void any bet where an odds error is confirmed.
• In live betting, bets on events that have already been decided may be voided due to feed delays.

Dispute Resolution

If you wish to dispute the outcome of a bet, you must contact our support team within 72 hours of settlement. Bbagee's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bbagee and may result in account suspension or legal action:

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Using Bbagee for money laundering or as a channel for funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets using another user's identity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to Bbagee's systems.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Bbagee may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify your identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious betting activity.
• Fraudulent payment transactions.
• Participating in prohibited activities.

Appeals Process

If your account is closed, you may appeal by emailing support@bbagee.app. Appeals typically take 5 to 10 business days to review. If a valid reason is established, your account will be reinstated.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw your available balance before doing so. Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.

Bbagee is not liable for the following:

• Missed bets due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues arising from delays caused by third-party services (payment gateways).
• Loss or damage caused by issues with the user's device or browser.
• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure events.

Bbagee's maximum liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed your account balance at the time of the incident. Bbagee accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses.

Bbagee takes responsible gaming seriously. We want you to enjoy betting as entertainment — not let it become an addiction.

Tools available to you

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: Get pop-up notifications at set intervals to keep track of how long you've been playing.
• Account Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

Bbagee reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

Continued use of Bbagee after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. We recommend checking this page regularly.
